I'm more of an Old Navy girl, more bang for the buck. I hate getting ripped off, but for the record, I get major bargains by shopping the sale stuff on line

what about regulated hair cuts.
Some kids can't afford to get good stlyes.
some hair styles are distracting.
ALL kids should wear braces and glasses to prevent teasing those that do.
