Let's cut through the crap.

I'm fat. I got fat for a bunch of reasons, but the main reason is this: I KEPT EATING BAD FOOD.

Here's the deal. I hit my goal weight in September of 2001. I kept the weight off for two years, bouncing around 225 and 240 pounds. Perfectly acceptable.

Then when I started working for the record label, I stopped being really physically active. The problem was, I was still eating the massive amount of carb-laden and fattening foods, and not exercising enough to keep it off.

When I got laid off, I got really, really depressed. I kept eating more, and not working out.

Sooooo... as we stand right now, I've put on probably close to 40 to 45 pounds. I haven't weighed myself in a while because I'm so fucking disgusted with myself.

I can take a lot of abuse, but one thing I do not like being called is fat.

I am sorry fatty didn't know you were so sensitive about your weight.
