Quote:showing someone vacation pics is very different from marketing a tape which results in commercial profit, especially when those exploited don't get a cut. OK, then how about when a celebrity sunbathes topless and the papparazzi gets pics of it. They sell it, make quite a bit of commercial profit, and the celeb doesn't get squat. So does being famous make a difference, or are normal girls subject to different laws because they could use the money?

sometimes celebs do sue, I know Brad Pitt sued Playgirl for this amazing invasion:
