For example, the boots that Vamp just posted ARE hot if you're 5'7" with a nice healthy weight of 115-125 lbs coupled with a smooth complexion, a decent chest and hazel/blue/green eyes. If that is the case (or similar to it then yes, HOT.)

If the gal is 5'7" and weighs in at about 250 with no tits, shitty haircut, and the complexion of Richard Pryors' left cheek then nope, those boots just aren't hot.

a hot chick could make a burlap bag hot. judging those boots alone, in my own personal preference and opinon, i dont think they're hot.
