See, I disagree completely with the sack play, which I guess goes to show how different everyone is.
I find it to be distracting, as more than anything, it kinda tickles, and that ain't cool in the middle of oral.
I think the only truly safe advice that would go for 99% of guys is..... NO TEETH. Don't scrape up the junk. I say 99% because I'm sure there are some sick fuckers out there who'd enjoy it anyway.
