so, Ken, I like to know about your thoughts regarding these important moments in history...
what was it like to see that first flight?
and man, I do wonder...how cool was it to finally get into that first T-Model Ford?
I'm sure it was much better than riding around in one of these, huh?
please, bless us with your wisdom sir.

fuck Kittyhawk,
it was much more exciting when I crafted the wings.......
but damn my luck and cheap wax, when I flew too close to the sun.

"Flight Of Icarus"
As the sun breaks, above the ground,
An old man stands on the hill,
As the ground warms, to the first rays of light
A birdsong shatters the still.
His eyes are ablaze,
See the madman in his gaze.
Fly, on your way, like an eagle,
Fly as high as the sun,
On your way, like an eagle,
Fly and touch the sun.
Now the crowd breaks and a young boy appears
Looks the old man in the eye
As he spreads his wings and shouts at the crowd
In the name of God my father I fly.
His eyes seem so glazed
As he flies on the wings of a dream,
Now he knows his father betrayed
Now his wings turn to ashes to ashes his grave.
Fly, on your way, like an eagle,
Fly as high as the sun,
On your way, like an eagle,
Fly as high as the sun.

I thought if I pointed it out,
it would make me seem sensitive to the jokes,
but yes.... tired.

OAS was a REAL old man,
on the old boards,
EVERY conceivable old joke, has already been made at his expense,
so to many on this board, attacking me for my age seems played out.

I see.
the challenge has been laid out: "find a new angle to rag KensPen with".
who will rise and accept?
