God Damn, Scott Ferral is one entertaining bastard. He's up to his old tricks again, this time at his new home in Miami. Apparently, someone was a LIL too sensitive and couldnt take some playful banter

MIAMI-area attorney JACK THOMPSON is asking BEASLEY's WQAM-A/MIAMI to fire mid-morning host SCOTT FERRALL by 5p (ET) FRIDAY (10/10) in a battle over broadcast indecency that THOMPSON says got personal.
THOMPSON tells ALL ACCESS that the initial trouble started when FERRALL, during a riff on SAN FRANCISCO last week, said, according to THOMPSON, that it is a "nice city run by fags" and called PAC BELL PARK "Pac Fudge Park," and later, in another context, allegedly said the phrase "they're homos and should be shot." THOMPSON says that after he contacted the station (which also airs THOMPSON's old nemesis NEIL ROGERS) about the material, FERRALL "seemed to kick it up a notch" and allegedly said that if THOMPSON were to try and enter PRO PLAYER STADIUM through Gate G (where FERRALL was to do an appearance), his listeners could "have him killed."
THOMPSON has contacted several of WQAM's advertisers and says many, including the State of FLORIDA, FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT, and the BEBER, SILVERSTEIN ad agency, and says many have pulled their ads and had decided to do so independently of his contact. THOMPSON has also told BEASLEY in a letter to CEO GEORGE BEASLEY that "because of idiotic station management, incompetent legal counsel, and your own recklessness negligence, a major radio broadcasting company in AMERICA larger than yours is poised to file a rival petition to challenge the renewal of WQAM's Federal Communications license, due up in just a few months." WQAM was the subject of a $35,000. FCC fine for indecency in 2000.
