Is this a new thing.
the first time I heard about this was on southpark. now I just saw a news clip on channel 11 talking about this "new " growing trend.

Metrosexuals has been a new vocabulary word since the spring time (as far as I can remember). can probably be summed up in short as the kind of guy that the queer eye for the straight guy guys want you to be when they give you a makeover and teach you about culture and all that bullshit.
