Save a spot at the Raccoon lodge in the sky.
Now the four most well known TV Couples are gone. Tis a sad day in TV Land.

I was never a big fan of the Honeymooners, but I watched it on occasion and found it funny. Who are the other 2 couples you referred to? Lucy & Ricky and Fred & Ethel?

it sad how bad tv was back then. any great show from that time would be cancelled in a week these days, why, because they weren't really that funny, there jsut wasn't anything else on to watch

How do you know they weren't considered funny in their day? Life was so much different back then.

I was referring to the Mertzes and Ricardos as well as the Kramdens. Good catch SA. Although could you imagine Ralph telling Alice, TO THE MOON!! on TV today?? Or Lucy being afraid of her husband on TV today?? Times have changed. And Crack, don't tell me, not once in your life you woke up to watch TV and on came the Honeymooners on Channel 11??
