Chuck Wepner sues Stallone over Rocky
:lol: Maybe he deserves the money but this guy is such an ass. I've met him a couple times and I believe he also has charged for his autograph in the past in my town. He also has done these god awful commercials for a local auto repair place (ala george foreman).

it's actually a pretty good fight. it's been on espn classic a couple times.

I say he should get some money from the original Rocky movie, but any of the four after it he deserves nothing.
Sure, the first was loosely based on him but considering he never did shit after the Ali fight, then the remaining four movies are not even close to being based on Wepner.

Wepner's the town drunk now.... he has the same shakes as Ali does, but that's the thirst for Jack Daniels working on him, not Parkinson's(sp?)......

Wouldn't there be a statute of limitations involved in that. Wasn't it known that Stallone used his name in promoting the film? Or am I hallucinating again?
