Crank It or Yank It! (imma plugwhore)
#1
All fans of rock/hard rock/metal, I ask of you the following (provided you have nothing better to do this evening):

Later tonight, Wednesday night 12/3, tune into WSOU 89.5 FM and listen to:

STREET PATROL
8pm-10 pm

All of the greatest local and unsigned bands are featured on Street Patrol. All of the bands played are chosen by the listeners through a voting process called Yank or Crank. Street Patrol also features regular interviews and live performances.

Listen for a band named "Connected". When prompted to submit a "Crank it" or "Yank it"....I'd hope you'd choose to call in and say "Crank It"

Orrr...

Once the show starts, just call in and request to hear it. (in case you forgot the name of the band Connected) Ultimately, I can only hope you guys & gals dig it, seriously.

Phone number is 973 761-9768 or 973 761-WSOU

I listen to it online until my brain wants to explode when the jocks come on and rattle through the 85 songs in a row they just played. Or the news or traffic. When I had the privilidge (privilege) to dabble in radio I couldn't wait til the song ended and I could babble my head off for a few minutes. These guys seemingly can't wait to get off the mic.

Great music selection though.

* I'm teh worst spreller :disappointed:

The one thing I can't stand is when they do those 85 songs in a row- and they don't tell you who it is until they're done with thier set. And then you lose track of who's who & it makes ya nuts!
