That's all I need is another TV. Got one completely broken Phillips 27". This Sylvania power button lodged 27". Two Zenith 19" (came with the house). and one 9" tv/vcr.

I am focusing on fixing the two big tv's here. ones gonna cost me but the other should not.

You're not prone to shoving Cheerios in the VCR too, are you?

I've always heard that for less expensive items buying a service plan is a waste. And I've also heard never ever buy a dealer's extended warranty on a car.

When we bought the TV my son was going through a crazy period where he was way to big for the curiousity that was within him. He basically tore the house apart. Seeing this I didn't think it would hurt to get the plan just in case.

And he has since calmed down and learned to be less of a caged animal in the house.

As for me well I guess I just don't know my own power I can harness over weak plastic.

I feel your pain. Ask your wife what I told her my son was like at that age.

More than anything, I'm amazed that a man GOT UP to change the channel/turn the t.v. on or off.

Don't be too amazed. I was standing right next to it to begin with.
