$35 CDN - to $100 USD!!!!! That's like a straight $100 into my pocket for receiving a Fedex package and dropping it off at the humane society!
I wonder if there's an entire market for this.

The Humane Society here charges to drop off ("turn in") an animal ($50 or so), and the local vets charge more than that to put one down. I don't know if that counts for a stray though.
