Real Estate Agent, it's rough to get started but once you get your feet wet the money is out there. Very long hours your first year or so, I just started. Lots of stuff to learn, a lot of research and you need some funds before you start cause you ain't gonna see no coin your 1st 6 months, you'll just be spending money. If you are up to it let me know, I can help you out.

If I go the real estate agent route, I'll do it as a second job. I have a good knowledge of the business already through my current job. I'm a little nervous about it though because if you don't sell, you don't eat. There's so many things that can go wrong with a closing.
Did you take a real estate course, or just start working for a company?

You have to complete the required 40 hour class before you take the state licensing exam. You can not work unless you are licensed.

Okay, so did you go thru an agency class? Or a regular (like Adult School type) class? Were you sponsored by an agency?
