Last night Matt Drudge was discussing the new FCC fines, some caller called in was talking about how Janet Jackson caused the uproar.
Drudge replied No, it was started way before that when some woman flashed on the Today show.
He didn't mention O+A by name, but they were the reason for the boobs on tv, and apparently that started the whole wave on indecency. What an achievement!
