Well, FHM just released their annual sexiest women list again. I always considered this one to be the best and most accurate of these type lists due to the fact that FHM has the public pick it. This way it's as close to a true representation of what the country likes and not just the magazine's staff picking it like Maxim and Stuff do.

That's true, but that's also normal. They have to be known in order to receive the larger amounts of votes. Kinda hard to vote for people you've never heard of before.
Just take the top 10 and the bottom 10 for example. Top 10 are mainstream and very popular. Everyone knows them. Bottom 10, I can honestly say I only know 4 of them and even then they aren't that popular.
