I'm sure you can find it on VHS however, in some bargain bin along with Streets of Fire and Cloak & Dagger.

I think I have "The Wraith" on VHS...I was hoping to be able to get it on DVD.
I sooooo love that movie!

Drag racing road warrior-esque movie? Charlie Sheen wears a helmet most of the movie?
PLOT SPOILER!!!! Go Earl Go! Drive!
He was in a car accident or something and died, was driven off the road by this roving gang of street racers? He somehow comes back from the dead or near dead and picks off members of the gang one by one? Black motorcycle, and he wears a helmet like 90% of the movie? I saw this movie back on the local channel that plays Kung Fu movies on the weekends, at the age of 10 or something hehe.
