Being that I'm not into rap, I had no clue who this Lil Jon guy was until the Chappelle skits.

The whole "What?" and "Yeaaah!" things were funny at first, but they quickly became annoying.
Does this guy really do that all the time and if so why? What is the appeal of that?

Most rappers are one trick ponys who exploit the one trick enough times to make some of dat cheddah (as the homies would say...)
