Punisher Movie

Anyone see something about this?? I looked on imdb and it is scheduled for relaease next year with some guy Thomas Jane as the Punisher. Not sure what to say about this other than I hope it's better than that piece of trash they made back in the 80's

I like Thomas Jane and all as an actor, but when it comes to the role of The Punisher I have to say Dolph Lundgren > Thomas Jane.

compare The Punisher with the other, more lamer Captain America and Fantastic Four movie releases of the mid-late 80s' and Dolphie doesn't look too shabby in comparison...
but yeah, it did stink for the most part.

anybody read how there either gonna do it or its just rumored that John Travolta is going to play the villan? Get somebody else, he will only ruin it.
