I hope you all know Rodney, FN Moron, a good friend of mine from this board (well I officially met thru at oa.com 2 years ago). 11 months ago I introduced him to my best oldest and dearest friend Becky, who I've known since 4th grade.
Last night, at the Gov't Mule show, right after midnight.......
THEY GOT ENGAGED!!!!!!

I always thought that proposing shouldn't be done on a holiday. Just think that it should be it's own day. proposing on New Year's isn't that bad. Proposing on Xmas eve or birthdays or Valentines is so fucking cheesy.

I didn't mind that it was a holiday cuz it was SUCH a surprise!!! I think he knew to do it when I was nearby cuz her and I needed 30 minutes to gush and scream and fawn over the ring. I told everybody in the theater, on the streets, even cried a little while announcing it in the ladies room.
