Best hand to bluff with?
7 2 unsuited
not really, I am very bad but got extremely lucky in the play-in tourney. I won at least 3 hands on the river. I have no shot at this thing.
I used to play on PartyPoker.com won 2 tourny's for play money to make it into a real money tourny. Made it to the final 4 tables then got burnt on the river by a fuckin straight after flopping trips.
Never tried web based hold'em. The key to hold'em is being able to bluff and reading your opponents body language. Things such as how quickly they grab their chips, what do they do with them etc. Without the tells, it doesn't seem to be a good bet to me.
Let's all go to Sleeper's crib to cheer him on in his fledgling career as a rounder!
I'm about to play a free tournament that 2500+ people registered for. this should be good practice
That's what you get for telling him for years that he looks like Matt Damon.

Lucky for you alkey let his hair grow and now he can be your partner.

No one here is cool enough but tequila can be Knish.
can i be roman or maurice? i want to wear those fake versace shirts and shit
I just finished 32nd in a 600 person tournament. I was actually 1st at one point. gah!
upon further thought, the roles of roman and maurice should go to gonzo and buttmunch, because they would definitely be speaking sputnik at the table
i own that DVD, and I don't think I've ever watched it.

the internet game is alll about the cards, hands, and math. its why the new breed of players excell once they head out, b/c they have an incredible grip on what hands to hold, fold and how to play against them. think about it...you are playing truly blind, and guessing hands based on bets and how they played other hands. no construing or misconstruing body language. but you can get table manners in chat and how they bet and how fast they bet. and in that, it does give tells. it gives a great base to then take on "reading people" b/c to be honest reading people should be the last thing you learn, not first.you have to know the math, what hands to play and fold, and betting first.
