I found out today, that I will be contacting a Lawyer and probably filing a lawsuit against the previous owners of my house.

I received notification today that I am included in a Class Action Lawsuit against Delphi Corporation for leaking dangerous cancer causing chemicals into the groundwater in my area.

Per these documents, people who lived on this street were notified by Certified mail from Delphi that these chemicals were in the ground. These documents were dated February 9th, 2004. 3 Months before the close of the sale to me. Delphi was ordered to notify anybody affected. According to the information I read today, the previous owners were mandated by law to disclose this information to any potential buyers before the close of sale. Not a single word was ever said by them or their agent.

I also found out that because these cancer causing chemicals are in the ground water, it lowers the value of my home by at least 20%.

So not only will I be taking part in the class action lawsuit against Delphi, but I will also be sueing the previous owners of this house for defrauding me in the sale of the home.

so when you win this lawsuit, will you travel out to NYC?

Don't join any class action suit, the lawyers are the only one's who win in those types of suits.

Go over every closing document and make sure you didn't sign or initial any form that discloses the fact to you.
