GS and I will be working on the board tonight to get shit as ready as we can for the week. We have another hack that will drop the refresh rate on the front page, maybe a last post hack for when you click in from the main page, glow names, more fields for status including, if I can get it to work, a space where you can put your own comments in your status along with the norm, a topic rater for the members, not the mods. A few more things that will make that fuckin ingrate Moron hate the board even more.

Though you really have no reason to share any of your backdoor meetings, it's cool that you did.
I see no reason to merge the sites at all, and I'm glad that you didn't. The people who decided to leave there for here, did it for a reason, and the majority of the posters that really make this place good, don't even post there anymore, so I don't think the content would be the same.
The most vocal people here, have serious issues with Froy, and if the boards were ever merged, it would be a major distraction.
Every change that's been made has been a good one, the posters that have come in are good ones, and I still think it's a great idea to make people register before they view, and control membership, not due to CGI errors, but to keep the troublemakers, fools, and "anonymous" posters away.

I had a feeling about Froy wanting to drop the O&A stuff. And it looked like he was turning his back on what people wanted there. It also pissed me off that he was doing fundraising for OA.com as recently as the christmas party even though I'm sure part of that money was going to OTL. And I can tell you there is a difference between the 2 boards. I've posted more here in the last 4 days then I have there in 3 months because at least here even when the topics get a little off the mark they are still intresting.

A merge would have been interesting. All you people coming back from the dead. I didn't even know this place existed until GS mentioned it in his goodbye post. I guess Froy and Anthony kissed and made up. Froy will not give up on Ant. It's Froy's claim to fame. If he has to be Anthony's toady, he will. If you had merged, Anthony would have been over you. I don't think any of you would have liked that very much. You people are not sycophants, and that's a good thing.
