1) Jeter is God.
2) Abreu is the Savior.
3) The bullpen is a roller coaster.
4) When the Yanks go up 5-0 after Giambi, you can guarantee that A-rod will get a hit.

Game 2

1) Maybe it's the Curse of Mike Mussina. Haven't won a World Series since he got here.
2) Or maybe it's because no one got hit with men on except for Damon, who got the righ pitch.
3) Cano needs to remember that he hit .343 during the regular season.
4) When men are on base, and the Yanks do no have the lead, you can guarantee A-rod to get out.

now the question is, will torre bench certain players who aren't hitting and start checking egos? torre can only get by on the past for so long.
