So I sustained a bit of an injury after pushing myself too hard and increasing my running length and intensity too fast, last week.
So my shins are aching and my bad knee is acting up again, so one of the reasons probably are the shitty sneakers I wear.
So any advice on good running sneakers? I have read some reviews and New Balance seems the way to go, they arent too sexy looking and expensive, so they must be comfy.
new balance are the best.
which ones should I get, theres so many to choose from.
New Balance 754
This is an excellent shoe that finds a balance between stability and cushioning, and at a reasonable price. New Balance shoes have been around a long time, make an excellent shoe, yet you don't seem to find yourself paying the 'big brand' prices that you have to pay for Nike, Reeboks, and Asics.
Saucony GRID Trigon 3
The Saucony GRID Trigon 3 is a shoe designed specifically for runners who need a bit of extra cushion under their feet. It is a good choice for runners who are looking for a little extra arch support and a bit more cushion. Can usually be found for a good price.
whatever you do, don't buy nike shocks. they are made by the devil & horrid for your ankles

snazzy
white sneakers really are awful & dorky, but they serve their purpose best.
ooh this ones even prettier

the new balance 991
Abzorb® technology featured in the New Balance® M991NV men's running shoe provides exceptional shock absorption for your heel and forefoot as you run. The 991 was designed for the mild to moderate overpronator who requires a combination of cushioning and enhanced stability
get those! they are similar to the saucony's i have that used to be navy but are now brown thanks to the last baseball season.
this one is good too, it's between the last one and this one..
New Balance®'s 975 running shoe for men showcases N-Vent™, a midsole ventilation system that provides optimal airflow. The Stability Web® and N-Lock™ work together to enhance midfoot support and the C-Cap® midsole provides cushioning and flexibility. Abzorb® EX used in the heel gives you superior cushioning and stability, while Abzorb® in the forefoot absorbs shock.
