shampoo i just use whatever is there, but i've become a fan of some noxzema products for my skin

i use clinique products on my face everyday in the shower & as soon as i get out of the shower. its a reflex. i do not have a complete shower if i cant use my face stuff. i have been doing this routine since junior high school & thankfully have been lucky to have good skin. dr. dino doesn't believe that you need to use anything aside from soap & water, but i just feel good knowing that my skin is clear & i am so afraid to change anything up. exfoliator in the shower, then noxzema, then a clinique astringent & lotion when i get out of the shower. if i get distracted or forget to use it one day (which is very very rare) i feel like crap all day. then i will use differnt lotions on my body. r ight now i'm using the curel all over. but i have to be very careful because i am allergic to sulfa based drugs, so anything with saccharin in it to make it sweet smelling could cause me to turn into a tomato.

the noxzema astringent jessica got me is good stuff.

at first I was not a believer but I had these really bad spots around my temples and now its smooth as a newborns cock.

i use basic noxzema cream in the shower after i exfoliate. during baseball season after sitting in the dirt all day, or sometimes in the summer i will use the foaming noxzema first.

seriously, tomorrow just touch my face and you will be amazed.

after using the body exfoliator and the oatmeal face scrub

and topping it off with rubbing warm semen onto my pores

that is the natural moisturizers. i think maria was asking me about that one day. like there are chicks who use semen as lotion. while i don't mind the stuff, i'm just not going there with it.

yeah I was joking about the semen part, I dont need it for now, aveeno is working wonders.

I'm gonna go see the dermatoligist next week, she said I have good skin, just that I never went to a dermatologist before so it was all built up over time.

She was squeezing shit outta my face that stunk so bad, it'd make dinos farts smell like powdered sugar and syrup.

OK so I'm using Garnier Fructis shampoo for dandruff and it isn't giving me the results lately that I've been looking for. Any suggestions on what to switch to that will give my hair that nice smooth feel. I will take the aveeno shaving cream idea though, it's gotta be better and more soothing that the adidas I'm using now
