Jim Ross has updated his weekly "Ross Report" over at WWE.com. Here are the main notes from the update:
-Ross says that the WWE did not provide the fans with what they wanted at King of the Ring. Ross said, "The effort was certainly there by all involved but the overall results were not as we would have liked."

-The Rock will make his return on the July 11th Smackdown in Atlantic City, N.J.

-Ross hints that wrestler trades may start to take place.

-There are currently no plans to scrap the separate rosters.

-Ross is happy with the build up to Rey Mysterio Jr's debut.

-Chris Benoit was officially released from his doctor's care today, and Chris should soon be ready to step back into the ring.

-Ross touches on Bret Hart's current injury, and wishes him a speedy recovery.

-Deacon Bautista had an outstanding time in the tag match on Smackdown. Ross thinks that he is nearly ready to move up a notch.

-The Hardy Boys are on the verge of going their separate ways.

-Bradshaw will be the host of a golf tournament in his hometown of Athens, Texas, on Oct. 18-19. Profits will help benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

-William Regal may take up an announcing spot on either Heat or Velocity in the near future.

-Ross is excited about the development of Lance Storm, Christian and Test.

-Dawn Marie's TV role looks set to increase.

-Ross is happy with Booker T and Goldust's backstage antics.

-Ross likes the ability shown by Tough Enough 2 competitors Linda and Jackie.

-Rikishi is set to get more TV time soon.

-Kane is still rehabbing his injury, and should be back in about six weeks.
