Or Pennsylvania drivers either
My first car was at 14, it was a 65 VW Type1 for free.. And I sold it. Then I got my license at 17.
Inherited a Ford F-150, Red, and I added a moonvisor. Crashed it (ask Danked.. He was there)
Then there was an 86 Audi 5000, which I managed to get two tickets with, going 78 on Route 78 (Back when the speed limit was 55) Sold it.
Next was a 88 Volvo 740 Sedan.. two more tickets, smashed passenger doors and a blown engine later, I sold it.
Now it's another 93 Volvo Wagon with 3 accidents in her, but you couldn't tell it.
I've driven from Darien Lake, NY to Limestone, Maine. North Jersey to Virginia to Florida. NJ to Wisconsin and Indiana(Ahh.. I miss touring)
:fuggin:
Remind me not to drive on the same roads as you.
learned at 15 on a chevy cavalier, drove that and a ford aerostar (probably my biggest) in high school.
had a 93 civic hatchback in college which my sister took over when i moved up here, she totalled it within a year
oh, also drove eric's accord, which he's gotten up to over 120 on the back roads of the apalachicola national forest. then a ford ranger, which used way too much gas for these parts, so we got rid of it and then i got my
crxsi, 87, had 190k+ miles on it. the first big thing that i totally owned outright all by myself, $1100. it died a couple months ago, bottom fell out
now we have a shitty saturn sc2. it's very comfy but soooooooo slow. and also automatic...
i hate driving automatics. my civic and crx were both stick, now when i drive the saturn i don't know what to do with my right hand and left foot, plus it never changes gears when i want it too
farthest i drove was from south fla to charleston south carolina to spend thanksgiving with eric. left right after working from 7am to 4, took about 12 hours because i hit traffic and fog at the ga border, then spent the last hour of the trip on a tiny foggy back road in sc with swamp on both sides waiting for a dear to jump out and leave me dead or stranded... that was fun

Fastest in a car........I've hit 120 - 130 a few times...the first time being in that '86 Excel (yes, part of it was downhill, plus it was 2 am and there was nobody on the road so I have plenty of open highway in front of me)
Longest trip? Either to Maine or to Montreal.....both about the same time/distance (6 hours/300+ miles)
I had my license at 15,
I can drive a stick
I have driven to Florida.
I have driven fairly big rental moving trucks,
biggest thing I drove was a huge ass Winabago to Florida for Spring Break......
Had a blow out driving it.......yeesh.
Had my friend's Brother's Trans Am well over a hundred
Drove a full size motorcross bike at 10. Only got it into 2nd gear once, and got yelled at for it.
Drove a farm tractor at 13 just for fun.
Drove a few go-carts too.
Took driver's ed at 16 and got my license at 17.
Never been in an accident. Haven't put a scratch on any car I've driven, despite being accused of having a lead foot.
Never learned to drive stick. Stick sucks in the stop and go of the city.
Never drove anything bigger than an oldsmobile.
