I don't know if anyone else here has a season ticket plan or package with any of the teams in the MLB, but I have a season package with the Yankees that gaurantees me one ticket for one game of each round of the playoffs. I've been doing this for four years now, and every year we get the post season order form mid to late September....I open my mailbox today, and low and behold....there's a bill for my post season tickets....and get this it's due by August 30, which just so happens to be the same date that the strike was set for.
I'm wondering if this is their way of making sure that if there is a short strike and a post season follows that tickets are sold and there's no refunding them? Very odd....odd indeed.
Anyone have any ideas, or get this kind of order form from another team?
