I actually was in a similar situation to the one crack was in. I broke it off with my ex while we were still living together and soon after began dating other people. We were pretty shitty to the people we were dating since although we were no longer a couple we still slept with one another quite frequently. The apartment was too expensive for just one of us to take on so we had no choice but to stick it out or wind up paying a severe penalty for breaking the lease early. It was a strange situation that i'm glad is long over but I can sympathize with you.

I learned a lesson that you should seriously think about the prospects of how long you plan on staying with someone before you decide to cohabitate. The consequences can be rather annoying.
i still say NO

we had a cookie puss on my birthday in july. cookie puss is the best cake ever.
I live this way now.

It sucks.

I mean it really sucks.

She must go or she must die, i win either way.

if i could, i would. but our poor roomie Tom would be put on the street.

i'll keep my eye out for you. i know something will possibly open in Woodside for $550 in november (one bedroom in a 3bdr place)
:lookatme:

you can work it off in trade.

am i the only one who wouldnt be allowed to come?
No pets, and my landlord would try to raise the rent if i took on a roomie. :disappointed:

But if you need help lookin in Queens, try the local papers for ads not from the real estate agencies.
