Tell him...or you'll regret that you missed the chance.
My mom had breast cancer. She says the doctor said shes going to be fine and they removed all the cancer but I never know when she is just saying things so I don't worry about her. Does anyone know what the rate of recurrance is and odds that her cancer could come back somewhere else?
I don't know what the rate of reoccurrence is, but I believe they say if you're still "clean" 5 years later, you can be pretty confident that you beat it.
Rev was the coolest guy on the the planet :5:
My mother has breast cancer. She is going for surgery on the 11th. She has a tumor a little smaller than a golf ball in her breast. She is getting a mastectomy. And Keyser I have the same feelings you did. It is also common in my family as my grandmother (mom's mother) had breast cancer and my grandmother's sister died of breast cancer
TW and Keyser, they have made a lot of advances over the years as far as breast cancer is concerned. While your mothers may not be telling you everything, I'm sure they're telling you the important things. Do your own research so that you know the right questions to ask. Both of your moms are in my thoughts.

:thumbs-up: thanks
Keep it positive. My heart goes out to youse all. As for my mom she's doing fine. Just going thru the preventative chemo for after remission treatment.
