1) Would have to be Foley winning the title...Even if fucking WCW spoiled it by giving it away on Nitro...I just remember seeing Cactus Jack when I was younger, and I knew how hard Foley truly had worked for this buisness and the love he had for it, to see him achieve his dream was just amazing.

Memorable maybe, but that occured on the Fully Loaded PPV in July of 1998, not on Raw. It was part of a bikini contest versus Jacqueline which Sable won, but was disqualified from the next evening by "Mr. McMahon."
