When my orthodontist was fitting me for braces, out of nowhere he said, "I feel like TCBY." And then he left me stting there, to go tell the receptionist what to get him. I know it's nowhere near the same thing, but it isn't just in Boston, people are morons everywhere.

It's funny cuz that's my hospital.
