It was the very first episode, they weren't getting anywhere with the guy they suspected of child molestation, so they ask Vic to take care of it. He walks in with a shopping bag, takes out a phonebook, a box cutter and a bottle of liquor. He tells the guy he can tell him what happened the easy way or the hard way. The guy doesn't answer and the camera fades to black as he starts beating the shit out of him with the phone book.
Same thing when he pushes the fags face into the stove, there was another guy there but Vic does all the beating.
So? That makes him a Jack Booted Thug. Not a stone cold master pimp that Jack Bauer is and forever will be.

that episode one kinda sucked,
it was forced...and at the shows end they brought the soon to be dead guy into the strike team, from the season one show, it was clear they were together a loooooong time, and very dirty by the time he arrived,
other inconsistencies were there too.
it was eh.... Had its entertaining parts and funny parts. Wasn't the greatest but it could of been worse i guess.
