Stephen King's IT
What a great buildup to a crappy ending.
I think the creature should not have turned into a spider, but instead stayed as the evil clown guy. A whole lot of faek blood and sheep intestines later, you see everyone dead, clown included
the book was sooooo much better. i think the only stephen king book that was translated into a good movie was misery.
Galt Wrote:What I posted, was the ending of the book, but no one picked up on it.
I picked up on it I didn't know I was supposed to say "Hey that's the book ending!"

They did a good job with "The Green Mile" even if it wasn't a horror story.
other films:
The ORIGINAL ending to Return of the Jedi!
-Lando is killed when the Death Star explodes and the Falcon doesn't get out in time.(Han "I've just got a feeling I'm not going to see her again.")
-The final battle is on the WOOKIES homeworld! The wookies were slaves used to build the Death Star. We'd get to see the wookies "dis-arm" their opponents as well as seeing a lot of them die with the Death Star.
-The original story was a mixed ending and really fit with the idea of three trilogies. End of first=BAD (all the jedi killed), end of two mixed (heros win, but good people dead, end of three Good.
Also, the original ending of Rocky 5 had Rocky die when he got hit the last time!
And as for Matthew Broderick in Godzilla, I would of had the new Godzilla breath radioactive fire and be a LOT harder to kill. The story should have ended with all the eggs destroyed, Godzilla going back into the sea, and everyone in the taxi being slowly digested.
