my question would be how little is too litte?
I'm literally good for 4-5 a day, all solid. I just have a high metabolism and happen to eat alot for weight-training purposes. I can almost set a clock to them. They only happen at different intervals If I drink the night before. Then i'm good for 7-8 fucked-up looking ones.

I started some new Fiber Supliment. IT WORKS WONDERS. All my shits are solid and I now am only take 2 a day. It is SOoOOOOOoO nice to just sit on the bowl and push out a nice solid log. Theres nothing worse than having to deal with watery shits, not only are they messy, but its hard to tell if I'm done shitting or not.
1 observation, my crap is now a greenish color with a nice pleasant fruity smell. I dont know what this fiber is doing to me exactly, but shitting is now a much more pleasant experience. I am enjoying it so much that I wish I was stil taking 3-4 of them a day.
