I hate you now :-(
I just turned 28, and I've been living back at home since my divorce. My income couldn't support me, and the lawyer fees, and the credit card bills me and the ex had racked up. Now the fact that I just lost my job I don't see me leaving for at least a few more months. And on top of it, my mothers health (no this isn't a joke) which has been deteriorating for the past 10 years makes me not want to move too far. My family is close, so its not a hassle, but our house is small and things get hectic sometimes. Honestly, living at home doesn't bother me. I do pay my parents for living at home (much much less than what I would pay living on my own) to help with the bills a bit.

Don't feel bad at all Jack. And fuck what everyone else has said negatively. It's a tough world out there, and everyone has their own troubles. Take care of what you need to and move out when you're ready.
yeah...i still live at home, too.
