My Turn, My Turn, :bouncer: :bouncer: :bouncer:
First of all, I became a mod because froy and other mods, thought enough of me to offer me the position, not because I was a super-fan of opie and anthony. By that logic I guess YOU became a writer for foundry music some time ago because you were a super-fan of OnA or FMSteve right? Being that FM was the un-official website of opie and anthony right? BTW, I prefer my heroes a little more heroic, not a bunch of guys on the radio who just talk for a living. That's not heroic, Police Officers, Firefighters and Military Men, they are heroic, not OnA
Like I said it was my opinion and I don't believe I said jeff had to babysit. But when you take responsibility for coding and designing of a message board and you are asked to change things by the mods and posters(i.e. A misspelled banner that was mispelled since the first day it was put up) and you ignore it because you are busy working on other "projects", lets just say that the people asking and being ignored start to not care what goes on around the board. Would you want to be part of a board where the people who run it, don't care what is going on around the board?
So let me get this straight, only the mods of oa.com and not jeff are responsible for the censorship?? How about asking shelle who was deleted by jeff for a personal reason. How about asking amy who got into fight with jeff on rf.net only to have him have his say in the matter and either, edit her posts afterwards or lock and delete the thread they were arguing in. How about asking ikeaboy, who in this very thread, stated he was edited by jeff at rf.net. How about asking our very own seph, who had his "aaliyah must die" sig deleted from his account and every post he made with it by jeff because jeff liked aaliyah and thought she was a good performer. As for me, I don't censor people and their thoughts. I don't ban people for personal reasons. I didn't like you and your different names on oa.com but I didn't ban you did I? Evenm thought I know you hated me and tried to provoke me at every turn.
All that said, I do like your idea in your post. Maybe we should get past this little thing we have and try and just deal with things. I know I really don't want to chase each other around the board like 2 scalded dogs who need to rip into each other on every opportunity. That said, I won't just sit back and see you constantly bash oa.com at every single opportunity just because you had bad experience there. The ball's in your court

Quote:I'm not the one who decided to become a moderator of said board. Who is the "super fan" who is now disappointed with his heros?
