sometimes if i dont use it all with my dumplings, i mix it in with my turkey burger and it rules!!!

i know what you are talking about.. i think it is soy sauce but with alittle bit of fried onions and seasoning in it. it is good with the dumplings.. hmmm..

wasabi is japanese horseradish, i am not an idiot. C'mon people!!!! the black soysauce-like stuff you get with chinese dumplings. what is it?

i know that with shumai you get a sauce that consists of soy sauce mixed with a dash of japanese mustard.
