spinach is green
very easy to make
marinate some shrimg and scallops in corinader, cumin, chili paste and lemon juice
couple leeks and onions into al lil hot oil
simmer until soft
add garlic
then potatoes and chicken stock
25 minutes later add spinach
puree in blender or food processor
throw back on heat
add shrimp and scallops and marinade
8 minutes later add coconut milk
