yeah...to get back on topic..i tried both of those programs AM recommened..and neither of them worked...what now?
Get rid of all the programs. Windows might used it's default "Compressed Folders" if it doesnt see any program using that function.
Or, she can always just reinstall Windows. That usually works for me. :bouncer:

vg....are you sure that the zip file you are using is good???did you try downloading another zip file to see if it is just that file??
Let's not feel sorry for vg. After all she received the zip file in her AOL email. It's all her fault that it doesn't work cause she voluntarily installed the AOL virus on her machine. Thus then, she is correct when she says that she is broken :bouncer:
