Then my work in this thread is done
not yet. clean up on aisle 7, bring a mop.
without the pressure of closing, benitez will thrive. he wont grip that breaking ball so tightly and will be able to throw it for strikes so hitters can no longer ignore it and sit on his non-moving fastball
yeah cause theres no pressure pitching for the yankees. that steinbrenner is a real sweetheart.
shouldnt you be out waxing your camaro in your wife beater?
shouldnt you be taking down joey fatone's lunch order?
whoa, keyser with a sass!!!11
a joey fatone joke. thats timely. did it take you the 9 months since he worked at the show to think of that one? christ! i dont even work there anymore. you are awful!!
benitez can't pitch when the game is tied
and if they hold out and wait for a team that'll take benitez but not pay for his contract they might be able to get better prospects
but the mets are cheap, so its not like they want that to happen
woo hoo! its official! the demise of the yankees had begun!! what delicious irony that this was the only way the mets could defeat their arch rivals!
now watch him do like every other met thats come over to the bronx - become a real talent :thumbs-up:
todd zeile and bubba trammel are really tearing it up
they can't all be winners.
Al Leiter, great Met, ex-Yankee.
i like that leiter is considered a great met. an above average pitcher is great because the standards and expectations are so low. weaver would be thier ace.
the mets wouldnt take weaver if you paid them.
your pitching is so shaky that you've paid the mets for a reliever that one of your own pitchers, who himself is a nutcase, called "about as reliable as a schizophrenic on crack".
