Do I go for the sunday night savior and take the Raiders for $500?
if i were you, i'm taking a two team tease, raiders getting 9 and the over at 40.
i like the over, it should be a high scoring affair.
A bookie I know loves guys who do teasers. He says that is where he makes his most money. That and parlay bets.
im taking the halftime over, and from there i'll see how it looks.

what a coincidence, that's how i used to lose all my money gambling on football.
good luck keyser, first half bets are great. if you lose them, you can make some serious bets in the second half.
I follow sports like the best of them, but I've never gotten into betting.
The only illegal bet I ever made was on the Superbowl like 10 years ago and I won (Steelers/Cowboys: took the under)
Had I known a bookie, I would have bet my life that that Pats would have covered the spread vs the Rams in the Superbowl (and if you don't believe me, check the archives)

What would you bet that the Sox are gonna catch the Yanks?
i put $500 on the 1st quarter over, which is 7 1/2
you rule. now that's a bet. 0-0 with 9 minutes left.
they score. good for you. now all you need is a safety.
or a TD or field goal. a safety is far less likely.
that call is huge for you. raiders almost in fieldgoal range
it's looking bad. if they don't go for the field goal and make the first down, i don't think they'll score before the quarters over.
i almost jumped through the TV when the raiders were going to go for it.
i know that feeling. so, what's the second half bet?
now never bet again for the rest of your life.
im up $60, should i bet the half?
