If all of a sudden, CDIH became a hit pay-website and you were the star (more likely me: but just for sake of argument) you would hope that people didn't dislike you just because of it. You would rightly think it was jealousy.

If jealousy was a factor in their opinion, maybe.
If they thought I was doing what I was doing just for the money and thought I was a fake....
That's their opinion.

comparing what I said about his status to Bin Laden was taking it to an extreme where it was really not applicable or anywhere nearly comparible to my statement.

Just as you comparing child pornographers to what Galt said, that's like your parents using "if everyone jumped off a bridge would you?" when saying that everyone owns a cell phone or something.

My point was that you said Galt was shallow and jealous cause of Dr. Phils money. I only stepped in cause its nonsense, I can say assuredly neither Galt nor I are Dr. Phil fans but to disagree with the fact that he's accomplished more in the last year than you could in 10 lifetimes is pretty accurate. Yes 98 Degrees are no talent hacks who follow a simple formula but they deserve credit for being where they are, they accomplished something no one here could.

It is cause they are two extreme examples.

You wouldn't compare Shakespeare to Stephen King, even though both are well known authors whom are read by millions.

You wouldn't say N'sync is a better band than the Beatles because they sold 2 million albums in their 1st week.

But according to you those are ok examples cause they are similar.

To compare a doctor who makes a lot of money to a child pornographer is just being ignorant and trying to prove a point that doesn't exist through extremes.
