i would submit that if danked still has a soul he is still human and must fight alongside them against the robots.
How would the human soldiers feel having to fight alongside "one of them?" I fear their prejudices might work against me.

With a robot body and human mind you will have the best of all worlds. You could rule the robots and enslave the humans. Thus being all-powerful ruler of the lifeforms both carbon- and silicon-based.
