I was curious to how everyone keeps informed via news and daily happenings. Do you use the web? Papers? Watch Good Morning America? Watch the evening news? A bit of each?

Personally, I read Newsday...watch Fox 5 for the weather and such, and do look at the Wall Street Journal (mostly to piss me off, b/c WSJ is pro-business fodder). Web-wise I get newsfeeds from Moreover.com, CNN Breaking News, and I have a Yahoo personal page set up with feeds from AP. Sounds more fancy than it is, b/c alot is tech news, movies shit, and I don't always look at everything, but I get it just the same.

Teenweek is so last year.

I get my news from Ikea Boy now.
I surf CNN.com all day, as well as the New York Times and New York 1. In the morning while getting ready I usually watch either CNN or NBC and I watch the news every night, signed up for the Breaking News CNN email, and I read the NYT almost every day as well.
I don't watch/listen/surf for news because most of it is depressing, but anything important that happens I hear about from other people or on the board
I wait for Galt to post a news story so I know it is a reliable source.

Either that or I watch cnn and the chanel 7 evening news and check the newspapers out on the web.
I get the INSIDE scoop from this guy.
the voice inside my head tells me all i need to know
I watch the news & read a lot but being russian I also watch the russian news. Funniest part is on Sept, 11th they knew more about what was going on here than we did. They reported everything and since they are allowed to curse on air there they didn't hide their feelings on what needed to be done and how they felt. There are also translated publications I like to read in order to get not only one side but to get the truth.
