The Red Sox have put Manny Ramirez on irrevocable waivers which basically means you could have him for nothing, all you need to do is pay his salary. The deadline is friday, if no one picks him up by then, he will go back to the Sox, but hows that going to make him feel. Would you take Manny for your team? He's a great player, but he's got a 2 cent head and I'm not sure he's actually worth the headaches to be honest. What do you think?
He's more than worth it in my opinion, hits for power, high average, knocks in runners, not the best outfielder but a very under rated player.
If the Sox find someone to take Manny, they can use that salary to sign another front line pitcher, and all of their free agents except for Pedro.
nobody wants his salary or his attitude. he is an outstanding player if you take away the fact that he's cancer to any clubhouse.
I think Joey Belle was better. He had less of an attitude than Albert :thumbs-up:
