I believe it is an Xvid; if you dont have the codec, you can download it as i posted above. This is better quality.Code:http://www.adoptastripper.net/guest/
I suggest using a download accelerator if you have one ( or get this one http://www.getright.com/); it will resume if the site gets busy, plus it will actually open up a couple of connections if you wish.
The other/original 5 are choppy, but you get the gist of the matter.
Im sure Goatweed has them by now, and has labeled them and archived it, so dont worry
I've also got a 40 meg file thats a lot less choppy, its the full 37 minutes too - looks like a .wmv file, but it's much smoother. I can up it to the ftp if requested.
How is the 40mb files as good as a 290 xvid?
it might be (or at least not worth the diff), but i'd think if wer're gonna archive gotta go best.
xvid\runtime 00:37:41\320x240\bitrate 371 kb/s \fps 25.00
in any version, the last part is by far the best.
it's not perfect, but it's smooth and a much easier-to-watch clip.
It's also the one that Consumption Junction was hosting until they got slammed by leechers and a cease and desist order (I think).

yeah, so I uploaded the 40meg file - right now it's in the uploads folder, filename "cj_philton.wmv".

I got the bandwith at home, as well as the HD space.
I know its diff compression, but usually xVid was among best (although finicky), which is why you see some movies that way, along with Divx.

well, it's not like this is Lord of the Rings, so video quality isn't that much of a concern - not for me, anyway :-p

haha, you're used to blurry pr0n.

I downloaded that one 192MB file that was supposed to be a half hour but it kept stopping after 11 minutes.
02-16-2004, 07:48 PM
I didn't know there was a 192 meg version. The big one on the ftp is probably the original at 300 megs. The consumption Junction version is 40 megs (I don't have that.) And the chopped up ones are 20 megs x 5 files.

Indeed.

I downloaded the 5 chopped files but for some reason I cant get AVI files to play in my windows media player or winamp.
02-18-2004, 01:29 AM
It's because you need a codec. I forget, but it's either Divx or Xvid.
02-18-2004, 02:31 AM
where do I get these codecs?
02-18-2004, 02:59 AM
From the codec fairy, duh!
