your tips are older than me
I think a lot of people went belly up on that one, randolph
I know nothing about the markets, I did study commodities a few years ago and made some sweet coin on that but stocks just scare me. Even before I got into commodities I traded for a while with play money and saw how I did before I actually invested any real dough.

Now I just deal with supermarkets.
i have given 5 tips to this board and they have all been money makers. i will now give 2 more tips. invest a little or alot, you will make money over the next 2 years. harley davidson and rpm inc.
If I become homeless will you take me in?
yes. i have a spare bedroom
rpm, the chemical company?
or you could buy and develop property.
Arpikarhu Wrote:yes. i have a spare bedroom
a modship for a bedroom?
Bah on Harley Davidson. Shitty dividend. Barely trading at a discount to the S&P. It's not like they're going to be some big growth company, and if it's because they are cheap compared to their valuation, other companies are better (like CFC -- trading at 6 fucking times '05 earnings.)

I don't know much about Lucent. What I do know is that Cisco is better, and in '05 when companies have expense options, Lucent's Earnings goes from about $600 million to a loss of $2.5 billion. This SHOULD be already built into the stock, since the numbers are out there, but you never know.
