Atleast they realized it was a horrible mistake, the guy was a prolific QB, a legend. As far as him being in the front office, it was an obvious publicity stunt. He sucks as a commentator and would probably make an even worse GM, he shouldn't have any position other than doing PR at most.

he looked kind of weird at the Super Bowl too, when they were wishing him well on his new position he looked like he wanted to say something, but not in an appreciatice way, but more as an "I'm not sure how to say this" face.

He always looks like that, whenever some asks him a question he has that look on his face. He looks like a 2 year old who just made poopies in his pants.
